PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Paragraph 1 of Article 30
concerns the following multilateral conventions:
1. Paris Convention of 20 March 1883 for the
Protection of Industrial Property (Stockholm Act, 1967);
2. Bern Convention of 9 September 1886 for the
Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (Paris Act, 1971);
3. Budapest Treaty of the International Recognition of the Deposit
of Micro-organisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure (1977, modified in 1980);
4. Patent Co-operation Treaty (Washington 1970, amended in 1979
and modified in 1984);
5. Convention establishing the World Intellectual Property
Organisation (Stockholm Act, 1967 );
6. Madrid Agreement for the Repression of False or Deceptive
Indications of Source on Goods (1891, as amended 1967);
7. Convention for the Protection of Producers of Phonograms
Against Unauthorized Duplication of Their Phonograms (Geneva 1971).
