PROTOCOL C

Both Parties agree that in the event of a Party to this Agreement becoming a member of the European Union, that Party will withdraw from this Agreement at the latest the day before membership takes effect and without any compensation to the other Party.

Both Parties agree that this Protocol shall not be made public, shall not be published and shall not be distributed with the Agreement.
